Our story
The idea for Frozen Wood came after a difficult year, and a retreat that quietly put a life back together. We wanted to build a place where every retreat had that same integrity — where a guest could arrive tired, uncertain, hopeful, and be met with genuine care.
We are a small team of practitioners, writers and hosts. We personally know most of the facilitators on this platform, we visit the venues we list, and we speak with every guest before they book.
